El próximo 6 de octubre de 2016 arranca la temporada 2016-2017 de la Liga Venezolana de Beisbol Profesional y ya los equipos empiezan a armar su importación.
Muchos equipos tienen su cuota de foráneos completa, a otros les falta jugadores por incorporar mientras que el caso de Tiburones de La Guaira, es la única novena que aún no proporciona información al respecto.
